RCM Solutions Team as a Client Manager to be the main point of contact for C-suite executives, physicians, billing companies, and insurance carriers. Share your understanding of contracts and reimbursement specific to the client and the impact on current revenue.  Present our team's audit and explain the revenue cycle and the revenue cycle process in a way that is easily understood with a focus on their current policies, procedures and identify opportunities to improve revenue.  

This position could be on-site at our Toledo, OH office or remote depending on the candidate.  The anticipated starting salary range for the position is expected to be between $60,000 - $80,000/year commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare billing and/or revenue cycle management.  A minimum of which this experience must have included a minimum of one (1) supervisory experience.

Basic Duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Monthly analysis of financial information with feedback to the client.  Create/update/present financial metrics and key performance indicators to ensure they are consistently being met.
  2. Analyze and present quarterly audits and develop recommendations/resolutions with biller/client as needed.  Provide timely reporting to show progress of plan of action created from audit summary.
  3. Communicate industry trends and changes that could affect client compliance or revenue.  Spearhead communications internally to validate impacts of revenue, as necessary.
  4. Direct and ongoing communication with client and their billing agency/vendor on issues that impact the client directly or indirectly.
  5. Respond timely to questions and concerns from clients.
  6. Onboard new clients and coordinate efforts internally for client set up and direction.
  7. Provide oversite of the client’s action plan and ensure that necessary steps are being taken for timely resolution.
  8. Manage workflow and identify efficiencies.
  9. Develop policy and procedure as it relates to the management of clients.
  10. Contract negotiations/renegotiations with insurance carriers on behalf of the client
  11. Per the client request, assist client with review and negotiation of hospital Part A or Medical Directorship contract.
  12. May require travel up to approximately 5% of the time.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary between $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
