Lighthouse is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for managing the full cycle of goods—from receiving and storing to organizing, inventorying, and shipping. Your work will directly impact our Clients and Metrology Specialists by ensuring they receive the necessary support and supplies for quality lab testing. This enables doctors to take critical actions based on accurate lab results, ultimately helping improve patient care.

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST position at our Charlotte, NC warehouse.

Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or GED Certification.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience that included shipping/receiving inventory, placing purchase orders, managing supply levels, and working directly with business customers.  This experience must have included Microsoft Excel.
  3. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  4. NetSuite ERP system experience is required.
Basic Duties include, but not limited to:
  1. Maintain proper segregation of raw materials and finished goods using assigned bins
  2. Inspect goods upon arrival to determine level of acceptance
  3. Systematically record received raw materials into NetSuite for accurate inventory tracking
  4. Stocking and/or re-packaging of raw materials for supply to other locations
  5. Daily cycle counting of both raw materials and finished goods
  6. Assist the Metrology Dept with the transfer of raw materials into a Work In Progress location to speed up item assembly creation
  7. Shipment of finished goods to fulfill client orders
  8. Assist the Supply Chain team with the creation of Sales Orders
Salary and Benefits:
  1. Hourly wage $22-26
